Well we can’t really avoid stress once you’re still alive and kicking. But you can fight for it. How? It’s easy..
If you’re a Health Care Provider like me and you have grumpy patients, avoid them. Well, what I mean is.. You won’t get grumpy patients if you approach them nicely anyway. Smile, be courteous. They’re in pain so they’re really moody and get’s irritated easily. But once they see you smile and you’re nice to them, they’ll be really cooperative with every procedures they’ll undergo. They love you if you have a sense of humor. Learn to listen. And when you’ll see them next time, they won’t be moody again.
If you have a loud boss, c’mon. That’s normal for some of us. Some supervisors and directors or CEOs are just perfectionist. You know their personally. They want everything to be organized. Well, don’t just argue with them because sometimes they’re right. But if they’re just too self-centered, you can open up. Speak what’s on your mind, in a nice way.. Act professionally.. If you’re wrong, accept your mistakes and do your best in your work.
If you have lots of workloads, learn to prioritize things. Make your own list. Have a good time management. Be on time and avoid gossiping with your co-workers while working, that will only increase your workload since you won’t finish everything on time. Avoid going online and Tweet or shout out to your own wall on Facebook.
At the end of the day, enjoy. Go out, or have a dinner with your family. If you want to stay home, just watch a good movie or read great books. But if you’re just too tired, sleep.
Since we’re talking about Sleep.. An 8-hour sleep is just enough to be energized for the next day. You’ll feel so refreshed, and you’ll just gonna start the day smiling.. See? Lesser stress for everyone else too..
But if you’re just so overwhelmed, you know that someone is always there to listen. God. Pray, talk to Him.. It’ll help..
With our own simple ways, we can fight stress. It depends on how you deal with it. If your stress is your work, c’mon.. Learn to enjoy it..
